A Level Law is a dynamic course that offers a fascinating insight into the English legal system and its impact upon every person. Students will learn how laws are made, why and how they change over time and they will also gain knowledge of the justice system. Students will develop crucial academic and workplace skills including research, reasoning, critical evaluation and problem solving and they will learn to construct legal arguments. Students’ learning is enriched by visits to local criminal courts, the Houses of Parliament and by visiting speakers from the legal profession. No previous knowledge is required - just an enthusiasm to learn and an awareness of current affairs.
