This is a full - time programme designed to produce the future Chef de Partie's or Head Chefs in the hospitality industry.This course develops more advanced, complex kitchen skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation. The programme encompasses the main areas of work that would be found in the commercial kitchen environment including larder work, main kitchen as well as the pastry area. As well as learning complex practical skills the students will also be required to supervise and assist students on the Level 1 and 2 programmes displaying leadership skills and professionalism.
