Launchpad Preparation for Adulthood is designed to help our young people and adults with complex needs live safe, healthy and fulfilling lives and make a positive contribution to their community. Confidence, self-awareness and responsibility are central parts of our P4A Launchpad programme, as well as activities to support our students to explore self-identity. Social interaction, development sessions increased self confidence through infusing them into a wide range of situations and experience that have been carefully planned and well supported. Self-esteem, self-knowledge and preparing our young people and adults to become valued members and contributors as citizens within the community begins with our students interacting with other students and adults they know in familiar one to one activities and small group situations as well as taking part in the regular routines, roles and responsibilities here at Launchpad Centre.
