The A Level Business Studies syllabus enables you to understand and appreciate the nature and scope of business and the role it plays in society. This course will cover economic, environmental, ethical, governmental, legal, social, and technological issues. It also encourages a critical understanding of organisations, the markets they serve, and the process of adding value. You will examine the management of organisations and, in particular, the process of decision-making in a dynamic external environment. This course aims to give you a general understanding of the various elements of running a business and management of an organisation. It will make youaware that business behaviour can be studied from the perspective of a range of stakeholders This course will help you to acquire a range of skills including decision-making and problem-solving, communicating, giving feedback, and teamwork. Please note: When applying to study on our A Level courses, you only need to apply for one subject. You will have the chance to discuss all of your A Level subject choices when you attend your interview.
