This course will give you a chance to gain and demonstrate knowledge and skills in solving customer problems, working as a team, taking payments and communication.If youre organised and committed to providing a good customer experience then this course will be ideal for you. Your learning experience will be personalised and fun, with training by a supervisor in the workplace as well as a trainer or assessor. You will have access to the facilities both at your workplace and at the College, including our well-equipped library and learning resources centre. Good English and maths skills are essential for success in studying and for future employment prospects and so Croydon College ensures that these skills are developed in all learning opportunities. Its also important to have good English and maths qualifications and so all students will study English and maths and work towards an appropriate level and type of qualification including GCSE.
