The Level 2 Certificate in Retail Knowledge is a knowledge-based qualification which explores the principle of retail through a range of core and specialist options which reflect the breadth of the Retail sector. The qualification is aimed at learners who are currently working within the Retail sector and who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding. Topics covered by the qualification include the retail selling process, retail legislation and consumer law, security, stock, visual merchandising and customer service.. Learners achieving this qualification can progress onto the: ##Level 3 Award and Certificate in Retail Knowledge (QCF) or ##Level 2 suite of Retail Skills qualifications. This qualification forms part of the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Retail (Level 2) (Retail Pathway) and the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Retail (Level 2) (Retail Specialist Pathway)
