Using discussion, research, videos and visits you will explore the technological and socio-economic reasons for the continuing growth of Travel and Tourism, both in the UK and overseas. You will study units focussing on the organisations that make up the Travel and Tourism industries, Customer Service (which involves a practical assessment currently assessed by BA), The Business of Tourism and The UK as a Tourist Destination.
