This course will help you identify what is meant by a healthy diet and why healthy eating is important, how to put food into groups and understand portions. You will have the opportunity to look at own diet and assess the need for change, plan and use a food diary, also learn about different dietary needs and how to read and understand food labelling and nutritional information. This course can be run at your venue if you have a minimum of 8 people, the length of the course can be tailored to learner’s needs
