Malaysian Cookery - improvers

If you know something about Malaysian cookery and have some experience this course is an opportunity to continue to discover the wide variety of Malaysian food using the various spices and sauces. You will also use a wok for the traditional stir fry dishes. Please bring:- a good non-stick wok and 2 flat wooden ladles, a medium/small non-stick saucepan for cooking the rice, your own kitchen 'meat' knife, a clean apron, clean tea towels and paper towels /kitchen foil / cling film. You will also need to bring containers to take home your cooked hot food. An ingredients list will be available prior to the start of the course.
