Alexander Technique

Learn the basics of the Alexander approach and how to apply it in your everyday life. You will also learn how to apply it to deal with specific situations that might put an extra strain on the back, neck or joints. You will also develop an understanding of the potential wide ranging application of Alexander technique. It can help alleviate stress and depression, improve your performance in sport and help your singing voice. Please wear loose, comfortable, clothing-trousers are more suitable than a skirt. Bring plenty of water to drink. Please bring a pen and paper to make notes if required.
