The Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) is for learners who work in, or want to work in the Health and Social Care Sector. It gives learners the opportunity to; - develop and demonstrate competence in Health and Social Care - develop technical skills and knowledge and understanding related to the specified job roles in Health and Social Care - have existing skills recognised - achieve a nationally-recognised Level 3 qualification - develop their own persona growth and engagement in learning. Learners who achieved the Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) can progress to Level 5 QCF qualifications for management or senior practitioner roles in health and social care, or to specialist qualifications reflecting the context in which they work. These qualifications are supported by Skills for Care (SfC&D) the UK sector skills council for social care, children, early years and young people.
