Volunteer Training

After the course, learners will be more confident volunteers, who will be able to contribute more to their local community, increasing community cohesion and being more self-reliant. Volunteering is a recognised method of preparing to return to work and to gain work related skills. It can also contribute to tackling feelings of isolation and help reduce the risk of depression.
