Key Skills for Leadership' consists of three independent modules, each designed to provide evidence to accredit Level 3 Key Skills. 1. Problem solving, The key skill problem solving, focuses on identifying and analysing a problem, researching and choosing a way of solving the problem and reviewing approaches to problem solving. The module focuses on career pathways available after 6th Form. 2. Improving Own Learning and Performance. The key skill improving own learning and performance, focuses on setting targets, managing time, planning, organising and reviewing progress. The module also examines the concept of target setting to help improve performance. 3. Working With Others. The key skill working with others, focuses on teamwork and on planning, organising and carrying out collaborative work.
