The Level 3 Hospitality Apprenticeship is for those who are working in a hospitality and catering role, and want to progress towards a management position by gaining essential knowledge and experience. During the course of this apprenticeship, you will start to take on a leadership role, setting objectives and providing support for team members. You will supervise staff within hospitality services, including reception, and food production operations. You will also be trained to give excellent customer service to clients. On completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 NVQ Diploma In Hospitality Supervision & Leadership, as well as a BTEC Level 3 Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles. You will also receive Functional Skills in maths and English.
