This is a bespoke music qualification accredited by Rock School, the UK's leading popular music awarding body. The qualification is industry and university recognised and assessment is based on course work (units) rather than exams. The Rock School Music Practitioners Award Level 3 is taught as a one or two year course (Extended Certificate in the first year, Subsidiary Diploma in the second year). It provides a firm foundation in the basics of popular music including instrumental and performance skills, styles of music and promoting events.
