This qualification allows you to develop a solid foundation in order for you to pursue a career as a qualified plumber. It also allows you to make a decision on whether to progress with further training or employment within this area. EAL Plumbing Level 1 Diploma includes:- Installation, repair & maintenance of plumbing systems; plumbing science; low carbon steel pipework; copper pipework; plastic pressure pipework & above ground drainage. The course duration is for 1 year on a full-time basis studying 2.5 days per week. You will have the opportunity to undertake work experience within the construction industry. Once you have completed the EAL Plumbing Level 1 Diploma course you will have the opportunity to progress onto the Plumbing Studies Level 2 Diploma or alternatively an apprenticeship.
