AQA Level 3 Advanced GCE in Law law has an impact on everyone on a daily basis and is an essential part of society. Studying law at A level will give you an excellent grounding in the legal system, how rules are made and how they change over time. It will also inform you as to your rights and responsibilities as an individual and to enforce these. It develops your analytical and problem-solving skills and your ability to construct and communicate arguments effectively, all essential for higher education, as well as providing a great foundation for a legal or business career. Apart from the obvious careers of solicitor or barrister, law students are well liked by industry, commerce and local government and can be found working in retail management, publishing, journalism, the police force, social services and teaching.
