A Level Biology

Students choosing to only study Biology to AS Level complete four modules.  All four modules will be assessed on both papers, which is a significant change from previous courses. Modules studied are Development of Practical Skills in Biology, Foundations in Biology, Exchange and Transport and Biodiversity, Evolution and Disease. Students who choose to study Biology to A level will complete two years of study and will be assessed on their learning across those two years at the end of Year 13. Modules studied are Communications, Homeostasis and Energy and Genetics, Evolution and Ecosystems.
