BTEC Level 3 ICT Subsidiary Diploma

The course is designed to provide highly specialist work related qualifications in a range of vocational sectors.  They give learners the knowledge, understanding and skills that they need to prepare for employment. The qualifications also provide progression opportunities to Universities and other institutions where students can follow a degree course in Information Technology, Computing, Games Development, Website Technology etc. Students either complete three or six units or nine units in Year 12 depending on what course the students are studying (BTEC Subsidiary Diploma, BTEC Diploma or BTEC Extended Diploma). Most students complete the two main Mandatory Units in Year 12 and other Optional Units.
