The course will involve looking at work-related areas, entry requirements to services and selection processes, as well as some other related areas such as Government funding, citizenship, teamwork, leadership and navigation. Your classroom sessions will make up approximately 80% of your timetable and this could take the form of lectures, discussions, role play or workshops. Your timetable will involve a minimum of 3 days at college, with some study time available in between sessions. However, it is paramount that you put in a minimum of 8 hours of independent study per week outside of college, which could involve researching, completing homework tasks or putting together assignments.
