Would you like to cut down on your wheat and gluten intake or is a family member Coeliac or gluten intolerant? Come and learn how to prepare sumptuous one pot feast for the whole family. Dishes will included seasonal layered rices dishes flavoured with spices, saffron, vegetables, herbs and fruit, accompanying yoghurts and salads followed by sweet treats. The following are examples of the type of dishes to be taught over 3 hours: Baghali polow (broad bean and dill layered in saffron flecked basmati rice), sabzi polow (dill, parsley, coriander and spring onion layered in basmati rice), kookoo sabzi (frittata made with wild garlic/ chives, spinach, barberries and walnuts) cucumber, rose and thyme flavoured yoghurt with a Shirazi salad of cucumbers, tomato and onions followed by walnut kisses.
