Cookery: Preserve Class B

This is a starter course for you to learn the basics to preserve with confidence. You'll learn the general techniques to then go on and create your own preserves with things you've bought, grown or foraged. Depending on the season and availability of ingredients you will learn to make cordial, jam, jelly, flavoured vinegar, vodka and pickle.
