The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to progress to degree level study in art and design, or into employment within the growing creative industries in the UK. The course will enable learners to explore, develop and test their creativity within a qualification framework, and also within the real world by partaking in live briefs to give each student experience when working with employers, either in partnerships or on commission-based outcomes. Students will develop the transferable skills needed to succeed in HE and employment.
