Home Cooking Skills Level 1

You’ll learn to cook for yourself in a healthy, cost-effective way on our Home Cooking Skills course, developed in partnership with Jamie Oliver. On the course, you’ll cook Jamie’s own recipes as well as learning essential skills such as: stocking your store cupboard, fridge and freezer knife safety, food safety and hygiene shopping for food and planning ahead preparing ingredients and understanding food labels.
