Assessment • practical and written work for Units 1 and 3 are internally assessed by the class teacher and moderated by the exam board. • performances in Unit 2 are assessed in school by an external examiner. • exam scripts for Unit 4 are externally assessed. Study Requirements • regular written tasks to discuss performances or interpretations will be set alongside practice exam questions. • students will need to read widely a range of plays and academic writing. • students will require research and independent study skills. • study periods may need to be used when rehearsing performance pieces.
