The aim of this course is to allow you to experience as many aspects of ICT as possible to prepare you for further study or employment. Social media plays a huge part in the lives of many people and is set to continue to do so. This course will develop your communication skills as you study; blogs forum and platforms such as Twitter. As the course develops you will look at computer components and how they work. Through interactive sessions you will learn to upgrade systems by replacing hardware such as RAM and Hard Disk Drives. You will also look at software packages and use a variety to put together your own multimedia project and professional quality website. A popular area of ICT is games design; this course will give you the programming skills needed to design build and share your own video game to include your own characters and design ideas.
