Are you interested in learning about food and how to bake? The Young Bakers Academy at Westminster Kingsway College is a new bakery school for young people. Participants will learn basic bakery techniques and develop their skills in bakery and patisserie. This is a 10 week Saturday cookery course (class times are 9-12) for 13-15 year olds. All ingredients, chef jacket and knives provided. 100 GBP per person. Email courseinfo@westking.ac.uk to book your place. Graduation lunch and certificate upon completion for additional nominal fee.
