Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise system designed to strengthen the body, relax and focus the mind. You will improve mobility, flexibility, improve balance and posture and find a sense of mind and body co-ordination. To enrol on the Community courses please contact or visit the centres for a referral form before the term begins.
