What will I study? The Level 3 course is about developing functional business skills, covering units from the following: - The innovative entrepreneur - Business planning and pitching - Financial planning and implementation - Launching your business vision - Monitoring the performance of your business - Operating your business - Leadership and teamwork - Working as an 'intrepreneur' (an entrepreneur within an existing organisation) - Market research and analysis - Financial literacy and awareness - Business in an international context - E-marketing and website design - Brand development and promotion - Social enterprise This course is the equivalent to two A-Levels at grades A-C and worth a maximum of 280 UCAS points. It is 100% coursework assessment. You will also engage in a 4 week work placement in a corporate, small-medium sized organisation which will provide you with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills you have gained. Upon successful completion you could progress to a suitable university qualification or put your skills and knowledge into practise in business.
