This course is made up of gentle exercises for health and well-being. Exercises will improve strength, range of movement, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, blood circulation and confidence. The group will practice specific Tai Chi and Chi Kung exercises to energise and strengthen the body and focus on relaxation and calmness of the mind. This course promotes healthy living and encourages body awareness. To enrol on the Community courses please contact or visit the centres for a referral form before the term begins.
