What will I study? This Hospitality Programme is designed for people who want to work in the hospitality industry with the aim to develop into a management role or progress into higher education. You will study the following: - Introducing the UK hospitality industry and customer service - People in the hospitality industry and developing skills to work in the hospitality industry - Hospitality operations, preparing and serving food and beverages - Business and finance, including human resources, front of house, facilities and events management, loyalty incentive schemes and business plans As part of this qualification you will develop your study skills in the following: - The sector and the way it works - How to run a restaurant, cafe or hotel - Customer service and what it means - Food and drink service - Pricing and budgeting All students for the BTEC Level 3 National Diploma will undertake enterprise and business commerce training as part of our induction programme, to equip future employees with business acumen to lead new ventures and develop the offer of successful hospitality in the UK.
