This is a two year vocational course concerned with all aspects of health and social care. You will complete a range of activities, projects and assignments around issues and themes within this sector. A variety of external agencies and visiting speakers will be used to ensure that learning takes place within a vocational context. For those students wishing to pursue a career within the health care sector such as nursing, midwifery or physiotherapy there is an opportunity to complete some of your studies at Alder Hey hospital.
