Theatre Studies A2: At A2 Level you will further explore the styles of key theatre practitioners such as Steven Berkoff and Actors of Dyonisis, and develop your understanding of different theatre styles especially ‘creative adaptation’. You will study a further two set texts for the exam paper: "The Servant to Two Masters" a Commedia dell'arte comedy by Carlo Goldoni and “Our Country’s Good” by Timberlake Wertenbaker. Finally as part of a group you will devise a piece of theatre inspired by theatre styles studied over the course. As at AS, you can choose to be assessed in a variety of theatre skills.
