In the current economic climate, the ability to work effectively in a second language is a much sought after skill. The AS/A2 course introduces you to many aspects of the German-speaking world and allows you to pursue your own interests, which often involves links with your other AS/A2 courses. You will develop your existing language skills, widen your vocabulary and learn much more about the German-speaking world and the German psyche. You will also have the opportunity to visit Germany, either with school or as part of the UK-German connection. Above all, AS/A2 German is all about communication, both written and spoken.
