You will learn how the law is created and administered. You will start with an overview of the legal system and you will look at the different courts and their role in the system. You will study areas such as the sources of law Parliament, judiciary and EU law; the English legal system and the law of contract. The British legal system has evolved over hundreds of years and continues to develop. It is a challenging yet rewarding and thought provoking area of study.
