The French A Level is made up of 8 topic areas studied over the two year course. There are also extra-curricular opportunities to practise and develop your linguistic skills. There is a Sixth Form trip to Paris during February half term which has proved very popular. Students have also attended screenings of French films as part of the Leeds International Film festival and attended MFL University Open Days. Sixth Form French students also have the opportunity to act as mentors for younger language learners in school.
