Paper 1: Introductory Topics in Psychology Students will study three compulsory topics of Social Influence, Memory and Attachment. This paper includes the factors influencing obedience and conformity, nature and structure of memory as well as memory in everyday life, plus the relationship between caregiver-infant bond and the importance of this bond to development. Paper 2: Psychology in Context Students will explore some core themes in Psychology here including Approaches in Psychology, Psychopathology and Research Methods. This will include Biopsychology and will require students to think more independently and critically.
