Students follow WJEC Eduqas English Literature. The course consists of a range of fiction including prose, poetry and drama. Students will also explore the skill of creative writing through the study and development of the writer’s craft. In Year 13 students will study Shakespeare alongside a related drama text, as well as developing skills in analysing unseen poetry.
