This course will equip you with the skills, knowledge and practical experiences you need across a broad range of areas, and gives you the choice to specialise in your particular areas of interest. You will learn about how the body works, how to assess fitness and types of employment available in the fitness sector. The classroom based-lessons are supplemented with practical sessions to help develop your understanding.
