This Traineeship prorgamme is a great stepping stone towards an Apprenticeship in Child Care. The Traineeship programme is a work experience opportunity with a local company to provide you with the skills and experience you need to get an Apprenticeship. Alongside your high quality work placement, well will support you in developing the vital skills that employers look for. You will gain the knowledge and confidence to write impressive job applications to prove your abilities at interviews; and secure your Apprenticeship. The majority of your programme will be taking place with an employer to give you valuable work experience and work preparation. Additionally, if you need help with your maths and/or English we will support you whilst on your Traineeship prorgamme
