We currently follow the OCR A-Level Physical Education course and students can undertake AS Physical Education followed by the A2 course of study. Both contain a practical element but are weighted more towards a theoretical aspect of study. The Physical Education A-Level course is taught by experienced members of staff who ensure students receive excellent teaching of the A-Level in PE. As part of the course, students will also attend the annual PE revision conference and also educational visits to Rugby School and St George’s Park. The department has a history of good results and students who are ready for the rigours of university and employment.
