Unit 3 Strategies for Success This unit looks at the four key topic areas above in relation to both the corporate objectives of the organisation, and also the role of the functional objectives in achieving strategic success. Detailed understanding of both Marketing and Financial concepts will be covered here. Unit 4 The Business Environment and Managing Change The final unit draws on all previous information covered (synoptic) with the examination involving two essay questions. An awareness of the current organisational context within Britain will be crucial to guarantee success.
