Structured short and extended questions, plus one essay. Choice of three from four topics which are one essay, one physical and one human topic. Contemporary Geographical Issues including Plate tectonics and associated hazards.These are Ecosystems re change and challenge,World Cities re Contemporary conflicts and challenges. GEOG 4A (20 percent of A2) 1 hour 30 mins written examination. Geography Fieldwork Investigation including analysis and evaluation of fieldwork in response to questions. Assessment of fieldwork skills will include compulsory structured short and extended questions based on general and candidates own fieldwork investigation and skills.
