Students will find a steep learning curve is required in developing both the Camera specific skills and the software used for image manipulation. In addition, specific studio lighting skills will be taught to enhance the quality of students work! The skills taught on the course can be used to create portfolios for entry into university, to study Photography degrees or can be used to accrue UCAS points for non Art based courses. However, in addition it will provide a base for a life long journey with the student and their cameras as they continue to explore the acquired knowledge as skilled amateurs. At present we have a number of students studying photography at degree level.
