It has never been more important that you are aware of biological principles, so that you can make sense of news items such as these and understand how scientists interact with each other, and with society at large, in making use of new discoveries. This is a Biology course which prepares specialists for further study of Biology in higher education and prepares us to become better informed citizens in the 21stcentury.
