The aim of this course is to keep bodies, joints, muscles and connecting tissues supple and stretched. The intention is to improve breathing and to learn to relax thus learning to deal with stress better. The course will cover: Posture: standing, seated, floor and inverted posture Breathing: cleansing and alternate nostrils Relaxation: relaxation techniques guided through meditation and music. You do not need to have any previous experience of Yoga to join this class. Ideally you should wear loose, comfortable clothing and only eat a small meal about 2 hours before attending the class. It is also useful to bring a non-slip mat to the class.
