Encourages students who require additional support to gain confidence and independence to move into the world of work. One year, up to four days per week Employability certificate, Independent travel, Social skills, Confidence building, Functional Skills - English, Maths and ICT and Personal and Social Development (PSD). Students can follow four different study areas: Horticulture, Retail and administration, Hospitality and catering and Arts and crafts. Students will gain real work - experience by going on work placements outside of the College. All students will have regular person - centred reviews and the focus of the whole programme is progression into employment
