The mandatory units of this programme include: Manage own professional development within an organisation, set objectives and provide support for team members, plan, allocate and monitor work of the team. You will also select from a range of optional units which may include: Develop, maintain and review personal networks, lead and manage meetings and recruit staff in own area of responsibility. One evening per week for 20 weeks college attendance is required.
