This course is for anyone who has a love for literature and for anyone who has ever been moved by a good book – be it in class or at home! The course compliments a variety of subjects including MFL, Media, History and Law.
Name: English Literature AS/A2 Qualification title: GCE A Level in English Literature Qualification type: Assessment All students will be initially entered and assessed at AS level at the end of year 1. Students who are successful (met the minimum progression requirements) at AS, will then have the opportunity to undertake the A2 course. This however, means that at the end of A2, students will be assessed on the content they have covered over the 2 years and as such will be reassessed on the work covered in Y1.
