This programme aims to increas awareness for health and wellbeing whilst providing participants the opportunity to develop independent living skills. this is a useful course if you are looking to improve your confidence, self esteem and are looking to meet new people. The course will involve practical and interactive classroom based learning and will include skills and techniques to improve chances of employment, to improvelife skills, the use of multimedia equipment and software, for example film making and multi sports sessions to encourage team work and participation in physical acticities. Ther will be signposting opportunities available durning the course and the potential for participants to take part in voluntary work.
